The renovation project of the property , located in the Monza central area, is the result of the fascination induced by the pre- existing building.
The building design evokes the original factory, with its pitched roof recalling the industrial shed typology, connoting the building as a kind of industrial archeology.
The contemporary architecture with its flexible floor plan finds its origin in the loft typology. From the reuse of traditional and industrial spaces that had lost their attractiveness have born three new homes and this bright open space office.
